Off-the-shelf courses cover universal topics and are designed for a broad audience. They work well for generic compliance or soft skills training. Many of our UK clients use both: off-the-shelf for the basics, bespoke for anything that reflects who they actually are.
How long does bespoke e-learning development take?

Do your bespoke e-learning modules work with our existing LMS?
Yes. All modules are published in SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 formats, which are compatible with every major LMS platform, including Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, TalentLMS, Docebo, Totara, and Kallidus.
If you use a less common platform, let us know. In 13 years of development we have yet to encounter a SCORM-compatible LMS we could not deploy to. If you do not have an LMS yet, we can provide one as part of a fully managed solution.
Are your e-learning modules SCORM and WCAG compliant?
Yes to both. Every module we develop is SCORM-compliant as standard, ensuring full compatibility with your LMS tracking and reporting. We also build to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, meaning modules are accessible to learners using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. This is particularly important for UK organisations with obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
Can we update the modules ourselves after delivery?
It depends on the tier. FastTrack modules are built for easy updates: text changes, policy amendments, and content refreshes are included as part of the subscription at no additional cost, turned around within 48 hours.
Gold and Platinum modules involve more complex production and are updated by our team. For organisations anticipating frequent regulatory or policy changes, the FastTrack subscription model is specifically designed to remove the procurement friction of raising a new PO every time a policy changes.

You do not need to supply a storyboard, a script, or a finished brief. Many clients come to us with a folder of PDFs and a problem to solve. We start from there.
