Capytech UK is an e-learning company based in Cambridge and London, with over 13 years of experience building bespoke e-learning and learning management systems for some of the world's most demanding organisations.
We were founded with a straightforward belief: that corporate training should do more than tick a compliance box. It should change behaviour, build genuine capability, and make a measurable difference to the people going through it, and to the organisations investing in it.
That belief has driven every project we have delivered over the past 13 years. From a Code of Conduct module for a global luxury brand to a CAA-compliant drone pilot certification programme for a UK aerospace consultancy, the standard we hold ourselves to has never changed.

Jason Satterly and Damian Hehir

Started
Jason Satterly and Damian Hehir founded Capytech in Dubai in 2013, having spent years watching organisations invest significant budget in digital learning that failed to engage learners or produce measurable outcomes.
Jason brought 24 years in the Royal Air Force, as an Aircrew Fighter Controller with 54 Squadron and a qualified instructor trained in the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). In that world, training precision, procedural accuracy and genuine knowledge retention are operational necessities, not aspirational goals. That discipline, applied to corporate learning design, became the foundation of how Capytech builds everything.
Damian, a former Royal Australian Air Force instructor, brought deep expertise in learning technology, platform development, and the operational rigour needed to deliver complex digital learning projects at scale.
Together, they built Capytech into an internationally recognised digital learning partner, working with organisations including BAE Systems, Deloitte, DP World, Dubai Airports, Bupa, PepsiCo, Gucci, Cartier, and Richemont across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
In 2026, Capytech established its UK headquarters in Cambridge, bringing 13 years of international digital learning expertise to the UK market, with a team that understands both the global enterprise landscape and the specific compliance, regulatory, and operational needs of UK organisations.
