The Capytech LMS with a built-in Martyn's Law Register. Train every duty role on your own procedures, see who is cleared to work each event, log your drills and give your senior individual a signed record, across every venue you run.
Watch the 2 minute filmFree Home Office ACT course included. Agency and casual staff train on their phone before they arrive.
What your leaders see, how a steward trains on their phone, and the records you can show when asked.
Narrated, with captions. The demo uses fictional venues and example data.
Under Martyn's Law, venues need procedures to protect the public, and people who know their part in them. The Martyn's Law Register and Academy train your people, show who is ready, and keep the records.
Leaders and managers open one screen, which answers a simple question. Are we ready? Every premises and every person, in three colours. Ready, due soon, or not ready. Anything that needs action rises to the top, with one button to deal with it. Open a venue to see exactly who is missing what, including agency and casual staff. Before an event, upload the shift list, and everyone on it is checked for the day itself. Nine people are not cleared for Sunday's match, so their training goes out in one click.
Drills come from a ready-made library. Plan them, log them, and spot any procedure that has not been tested. When you need to show your work, generate a dated evidence pack. It is locked, and signed by your designated senior individual.
Every member of staff gets their own login, including agency and casual workers. So Tom, an agency steward, can train on his phone before he arrives on site. He sees one clear message, and one button to start. Short courses from the Martyn's Law Academy sit alongside the free Home Office training. When he finishes, he is ready to work, and cleared for Sunday's shift. And his manager sees it straight away.
The Martyn's Law Register and Academy. Know who is ready, and keep the records to show it. Book a demo, and see it for your own venues.
The Home Office's ACT Awareness e-learning costs nothing, and every venue should use it. It teaches people to spot and report a threat. It cannot tell a steward at your stadium which doors to close, who makes the call to invacuate or where your staff gather.
Martyn's Law asks whether your public protection procedures work in your building and whether your people know their part in them. At the enhanced tier you also need to show the training behind them.
So we load the free course for you, then build the part that cannot be free: training on your procedures, for each role, with the records to prove it.
Routes, muster points, lockdown and who decides, taught from your own procedures and site plans.
Casual and agency staff change week to week. Each one trains before arriving and is checked against the shift list.
Training, drills and dated evidence in one place, ready for the person who is accountable.
The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 applies to premises and events where people gather. The duties are expected to come into force in spring 2027, and the SIA will confirm the date in advance.
There is no statutory training duty in the Act, but the guidance says it is likely to be difficult to show your procedures are appropriate if staff are not informed or trained. Our Martyn's Law training guide explains it in full. General information, not legal advice.

Built into the Capytech LMS for venue groups with hundreds of full time, part time, casual and agency staff. Every number is worked out live from training records, so it is right on the day you look.
Ready, due soon or not ready, counted in people for each venue and duty role, with the list of who needs what and a button to send it.
Upload the shift list for an event and see at once who is cleared to work. Anyone missing training gets sent the right course in one click, agency staff included.
Evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication for every venue, a drill library and a calendar. You set the frequency; the Register flags anything overdue or untested for 12 months.
Dated evidence packs with the training position for each duty role, locked when generated and signed in the system. A clear record of what you have done.
Screens show example data for fictional venues.
Everyone gets their own login, including agency and casual staff. They see the courses their role needs and whether they are cleared for their next shift, and finish anything missing on their phone.

We build your courses from your own procedures, plans and role list, in days rather than months, and the Register assigns them by duty role. Here is the kind of programme we set up. We shape the stages and courses around your venues.
Everyone
Free from Counter Terrorism Policing. We load it and track it with your own courses.
Everyone, including agency and casual staff
Renewed every year with a short refresher.
Stewards, front of house, door and bar teams
Duty managers and supervisors
Responsible person, senior individual, compliance leads
Every course can end with a short module for each venue: your routes, doors, muster points and who makes the call. Each duty role sees exactly what they must hold, free, Academy and venue courses side by side.
Want staff to walk the routes before the day? We can also build a browser-based 3D version of your venue.
Your procedures, site plans, muster points, who decides what, and a list of staff roles. One remote session fills any gaps.
Courses for each role, your venues, duty roles and requirements in the Register, your branding and single sign-on if you want it.
People train on any device. Shift lists, drills and readiness for every venue update as they go.
Yearly refreshers, drills on your schedule, updates when procedures change, and a new evidence pack whenever you need one.
Capytech is a training and technology company. We do not survey buildings or write your procedures. If you need that, bring in a security specialist and we build the training from what they produce.
From a single 300 capacity venue to a group of stadiums, and the events you run in them.
No. The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 has no statutory training duty for either tier. The Home Office's statutory guidance does say that staff with a role in your public protection procedures must be made aware of them and their role, and that without training it is likely to be difficult to show your procedures are appropriate. For enhanced tier premises, training needs and evidence of training should be documented.
The Security Industry Authority expects the duties to come into force in spring 2027 and will confirm the exact date in advance. Premises already in scope will then have three months to notify the SIA.
Yes. ACT Awareness e-learning from Counter Terrorism Policing is free on ProtectUK, and organisations can request it as a package for their own learning platform. We load it into your Capytech LMS and track it alongside the courses we build for you.
No product can do that. Only the SIA decides whether premises comply. The Register gives you an up to date record of who is trained for their role, which drills you have run and dated evidence packs your senior individual has signed, so you can show what you have done.
No. Capytech is a training and technology company. Your public protection procedures come from your own risk assessment, or from a security specialist you appoint. We turn those procedures into training for each role and set up the Register around them.
Yes. Agency and casual staff get their own logins, so they can complete their training on their phone before they arrive. When you upload a shift list, the Register shows who is cleared to work and sends anyone missing training straight to the right course.
Yes. Standard tier premises need public protection procedures and staff who know their role in them. The same training and Register work for a single 300 capacity venue or a group of stadiums.
Yes. Courses can be produced in the languages your staff speak, with every version updated together when your procedures change.
