Every Capytech service has a simple pricing model, and you get a written quote before any work starts. FastTrack is one fixed monthly fee with no upfront build cost. Custom e-learning is a fixed price per module. The Capytech LMS is a monthly subscription based on your number of users.
How each service is priced
Pick the model that suits how you buy. You can also combine them, for example FastTrack for compliance updates and a custom Platinum module for a flagship induction.

Custom e-learning

Capytech LMS
A monthly subscription based on how many people use it and the tier you choose: Essential, Advanced or Visionary. Hosting, support and updates are included in the one fee.

Virtual Spaces
A one-off build fee for your branded 3D space, which covers set-up and your first month, then a monthly fee for hosting. One-off events are quoted on how many people need to be in the space at once, and for how long.

AI training
Every organisation is different, so we show you the AI Academy in a free demo, then quote for your people. Everyone starts with the AI Licence, and the Academy is available in any language.

Updates and support
FastTrack includes unlimited updates. For custom modules, an optional Care plan covers updates each month, and anything else is charged at an agreed day rate that we quote before starting.

What changes the price of a custom module
These are the choices that move a custom quote up or down. We talk them through with you, so you only pay for what your learners need.
Length
How much content the module covers, measured in screens and learning time.
Tier
Gold for rich interactivity, or Platinum for fully custom design, branching scenarios and advanced gamification.
Voiceover
Always optional. Choose an AI voice or a professional voice artist, priced by the length of the script.
Animation and video
Bespoke animated graphics and video are priced by the minute of finished footage.
Languages
Each extra language version is priced as a share of the original module.
AI features
An in-course AI Tutor, AI feedback on written answers or AI scenarios, added to the modules that need them.
Review rounds
We agree the number of feedback rounds up front, so the timeline and the price stay fixed.

Why don't you publish prices on the website?
Two training projects are rarely the same size, so a single price would be wrong for most people. Once we know your scope, FastTrack is one fixed monthly fee and custom modules are a fixed price each, so the quote you approve is what you pay unless you change the scope.
Is there an upfront cost for FastTrack?
No. FastTrack has no upfront build cost. One fixed monthly fee covers building your modules, unlimited text and image updates within 48 hours, and hosting. FastTrack plans start with a 12-month term.
Can we start small?
Yes. The smallest FastTrack plan covers 5 modules, and you can move up a plan at any time. You can also start with a free demo module built from one of your own documents before you commit to anything.
What happens when our content changes?
On FastTrack, text and image updates are unlimited and go live within 48 hours. A complete restructure counts as a new module. Custom modules come with a 90-day warranty, then an optional Care plan or an agreed day rate covers changes.
Who owns the finished e-learning?
You receive the SCORM files for your modules, so you can run them on any SCORM-compliant LMS as well as on the Capytech LMS.
How is the LMS priced?
By the number of people who use it and the tier you choose: Essential, Advanced or Visionary. Hosting, support and updates are included in one monthly fee, and set-up and migration are quoted as a fixed price.
